What the first 90 days are for
The first 90 days of the next program, Nov 2, 2026 to Jan 30, 2027, if Atlas chooses the recommended option. What we will run, what it costs and how both teams will know it worked.
- Primary goal
- Every accepted lead gets a sales disposition within 5 business days
- Second goal
- Technical reviewer track live at every supported account
- Third goal
- Regional follow up pilot reported on owner and disposition completeness
- Program director
- Ben Ortiz, Northwind
- Sponsor
- Kira Shah, Atlas
Workstreams over the quarter
| Workstream | Starts | Ends | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|
| Account research refresh and briefs | Nov 2 | Nov 27 | Ben Ortiz |
| Track 1: economic owner program | Nov 2 | Jan 30 | Talia Green |
| Track 2: technical reviewer program | Nov 9 | Jan 30 | Talia Green |
| Regional follow up pilot | Nov 16 | Jan 22 | Ben Ortiz with Atlas regional owners |
| Technical webinar and follow up | Nov 16 | Dec 24 | Talia Green |
| Monthly evidence review | Dec 1 | Jan 30 | Ben Ortiz and Kira Shah |
Research refresh runs first because outreach wording stays on hold until stale sources are refreshed. The pilot starts once every region has a named owner.
The bets
| Bet | Hypothesis | Confidence |
|---|---|---|
| Technical reviewer track | Reviewers join early, so content for them first reduces stalled briefs | Medium, based on 6 interviews |
| Regional follow up pilot | Named owners with disposition dates close the gap sales named as the main one | High for completeness, unproven for pipeline |
| Consent based webinar follow up | One accountable task per request beats bulk follow up | High, Sep 9 result: 10 of 12 accepted |
| Quarterly influence review | Operating evidence is enough to steer the program | Medium, attribution stays qualified |
Fee for the first 90 days
| Line | Amount | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Account research refresh and briefs | $14,000 | 10 accounts, dated sources |
| Committee tracks 1 and 2 | $16,500 | Content and sequences for both tracks |
| Technical webinar production and follow up | $9,000 | Dec 10 session |
| Regional follow up pilot | $11,250 | Setup, weekly completeness checks |
| Program management and reporting | $8,500 | Monthly evidence review |
| Total, months 1 to 3 | $59,250 | Half of the $118,500 six month fee |
Media spend and webinar platform costs stay on Atlas budgets and are not part of the fee.

- Days 1 to 30Refresh research, launch track 1, build track 2
- Days 31 to 60Webinar, pilot running, first evidence review
- Days 61 to 90Keep what works, readout and next quarter plan
Days 1 to 30. Refresh sources for all accounts, confirm a regional owner for each, launch track 1 and write track 2 with reviewer questions first.
Days 31 to 60. Run the Dec 10 webinar, create follow ups only where consent and ownership allow, start weekly disposition checks in the pilot regions.
Days 61 to 90. Compare role coverage and disposition completeness, keep or stop each bet, present the readout and the plan for months 4 to 6.
